The 70- room hotel will be located at the corner of Broadway and Pelzer Street and will feature a pub serving drinks and light appetizers, refreshment bar, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, state-of-the-art exercise room, guest laundry, and hotel-wide internet access. The hotel plans to open Spring of 2017.
