Come and see the amazing carved pumpkins and bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the Red Wing Food Shelf. There will be 150 creative and spooky pumpkins lit up and on display outside of the train depot. The kick off lighting ceremony is at 5:30 on October 23rd, and they will remain lit through Halloween. Admission is free; donations are accepted.
The Anderson Center invites you to eat, drink, be merry and shop!
On Saturday, December 9, the Center will host the 18th annual Holiday Celebration of the Arts from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is nothing like giving a gift of art to friends and loved ones, and the Holiday Show is the perfect occasion to shop for that special one-of-a-kind gift.
Local and regional vendors will offer a variety of items to include: glass ornaments, silver ornaments, paintings, art tiles, carved Santas, jewelry, hand spun yarn, artisanal honey, and more! Throughout the afternoon you can enjoy musical performances, Red Dragonfly Press readings, the Center’s permanent art collection, and holiday food and refreshments.
