The Art of Fine Furniture is an annual exhibit featuring the creations of professional and hobbyist studio furniture makers and this year’s focus explores “what it means for a piece of furniture and any other object in our lives to become an heirloom.” TAOFF includes 11 artists and is made up of pieces of studio furniture that invite, and excite ones curiosity to explore the inner mysteries and workings of the pieces in the exhibit. Most of the pieces are for sale and can be purchased from artists directly.
Great River Shakespeare Festival is the premier place to experience Shakespeare’s stories as our own. GRSF enhances the play-going experience through musical performances, receptions, classes, workshops and programs for learners of all ages and backgrounds. 2019 plays include”Macbeth,” “Cymbeline,” and “The Servant of Two Masters,”
The boat will board at 6:15 and sail at 6:30. Be entertained by Jeani and the Dreamers while dining on a variety of heavy hors d’oeuvres from Ground Round. Cash bar available (wine & beer).

Limited seating is available, and the deadline for registration is Monday, July 22. The Cal Fremling accommodates 49 passengers and is handicap accessible on the enclosed, climate controlled main deck. The upper deck is open air but covered and accessible by stairs.
