Wabasha-Kellogg’s SeptOberfest Celebration has so many things going on, it literally takes weeks to get them all in! Next year’s festival runs from September 7 to October 27, 2018. Join us for our Annual SeptOberfest Celebration. Relax and meander through our small midwestern rivertown that showcases the season of fall like no other. Imagine artistic displays of thousands of pumpkins, cornstalks, flowers, bales, and gourds among the natural beauty of the Winding River, Vibrant Trees and Majestic Bluffs. An explosion of color that you will remember for a lifetime. Join in with pumpkin races, scarecrow contests, entertainment, glorious food, pumpkin topiaries, largest pumpkins, free concerts, carriage rides and much more.

The Friends of the Refuge Headwaters will offer a bus tour to view the fall migration and changing colors of the Upper Mississippi River.
Participants will have the opportunity to view migrating tundra swans and other waterfowl up-close on the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge.
The bus tour will leave from Winona Visitor Center at 924 Huff St., travel to the Weaver Bottoms area near Weaver, and then travel down river to the Brownsville Overlook near Brownsville. Interpreters will be onboard to answer questions and binoculars, spotting scopes and brochures will be provided for the day.
There is limited seating and reservations are required. Cost is $25 per person, which includes a box lunch.
The Winona Art Walk is a tour of Winona area art studios. A variety of artists will display and sell their work for the holiday season.
